The passport will allow the student to take one class at each participating studio for a donation rate of $5 minimum and receive a stamp on their passport from the participating studio. Each student who completes one class at 75% or more of the studios on the passport will receive a free individual partnership with SATYA and an entry into a raffle for a massive gift basket from local, small businesses.
All funds collected go to supporting SATYA’s programs to bring yoga to traditionally under-served populations and to promoting specialized trainings for yoga instructors like Yoga for Osteoporosis, Yoga for Cancer Recovery, Yoga for those with Special Needs, Yoga for At-Risk and Incarcerated Youth, and more.

About Seacoast Area Teachers of Yoga in Action
Yoga community is rich with dedicated yogis offering seva or
selfless service to their community and beyond. In 2012, six yoga
teachers got together to discuss the possibility that together we could
accomplish more. SATYA is the brain child of that meeting. We look
forward to supporting the natural generosity inherent in this unique community
and expanding our ability to connect people with and through yoga.
SATYA coordinates the efforts of yoga teachers to develop skills and attend trainings in working with populations that are historically underserved as well as acts as a bridge between teachers and students in need.
